Phil believes that leadership is not about positions or titles. Phil believes that every person – regardless of his or her position in an organization – has the potential to be a great leader and customer service provider.
Great leaders exist at all levels of an organization. Great leadership is inseparable from great service. Great leaders have the ability to offer service to their employees and customers and are willing to take action to meet their needs.
