Since its inception, Susan Van Hooser has provided administrative management, marketing and sales support for Van Hooser Associates, Inc., a leadership development company offering custom keynotes and training to help companies build better employee relationships.
She manages all day-to-day details for the company, while providing a friendly point-of-contact with all clients. Her responsibilities include new business development, brand development, product development as well as copywriting and publishing. Her financial experience includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, inventory, tax preparation and reporting.

In 2014, Susan and Phil started a non-profit initiative for the development of rural-area millennial leaders, Vision 2050. The greatest unexpected benefit of this venture has been developing friendships with some of the best young people in the world!
Her happy place is in the midst of her family — 3 loving (and loud!) children and their families which include 7 beautiful (and loud!) grandchildren! When it gets too loud, you’ll find her out for a run on the quiet streets of her small hometown. (At 54, she ran her first race — the Iron Mom!) She also loves discovering new diners and dives with Phil and hanging out with their black lab, Jaz!
